Co-launch of the "Sustainability and Resilience in Pacific Island Health Systems Report"
The co-launch of the “Sustainability and Resilience in Pacific Island Health Systems Report” was presented on Thursday, 28th November 2024 in Auckland. This significant event was hosted by Te Poutoko Ora A Kiwa (Center for Pacific and Global Health) in collaboration with the Center of Asia-Pacific Resilience & Innovation (CAPRi).
The event brought together a distinguished panel of speakers who shared their profound knowledge, expertise, and insights on the future of health systems in the Pacific region. The discussions underscored the critical importance of building sustainable and resilient health systems that can serve and protect future generations
Hon. Malcolm Turnbull – Chair of CAPRi’s International Advisory Council and former Prime Minister of Australia, delivered the opening keynote address. His speech was both inspiring and informative, setting the tone for the day’s discussions.
